Directions:  
take fresh haddock and place on parchment paper in low sides cooking dish. Add orange juice and the zest from a medium orange, salt and pepper to taste. Bake on 300 until cooked through and/or browned to your satisfaction. Take potatoe and microwave for 5 minutes, you should hear hissing and noises. When done (hot) cut up into bite sized pieces, and fry in olive oil until totally browned, and salt and pepper to your taste. Take cole slaw mix and add light mayo, vinegar and sweet & low. Keep doing this until you have a flavor that is not to sour. Add little bits of vinegar at first so you can keep the mayo light. Really easy to over do on the cole slaw dressing. I sometimes add raisins or pineapple chunks. After made put in fridge, for five minutes uncovered, this allows everything to mingle
