Directions:  
Mix all of the ingredients together except for the canola oil, mixed greens and the dressing. Heat the canola oil over medium high heat until hot. Pour crab cake into the pan and cook for 3 minutes each side. Place the hot crab cake over a bed of mixed greens and top with olive oil and vinegar dressing. EAT UP!
