Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
To make crust, use an electric mixer to cream together the butter, 1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour and a pinch of sea salt.
Pat into a 9 x 13 unoiled baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes and remove.
To make filling, remaining ingredients together (include 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour) and pour over crust.
Bake for 20 minutes or until slightly golden.
Cool completely before cutting into bars. Keep refrigerated.
