Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350. In medium bowl, combine egg, applesauce, milk, agave nectar and vanilla. In large bowl, mix all but 1/2 c. of the flour, baking powder and Splenda. Make a well in the middle of the flour mixture and pour the liquid mixture into it. Gently fold together, but do not over-mix. Scrape batter into sprayed 9" round cake pan and bake 15 minutes. While that is baking, mix the remaining 1/2 c of flour and the sugar. Using a pastry blender or two butter knives, cut in the cold butter until it resembles small pea sized chunks. Sprinkle over the cake and bake 15-20 more minutes. Cake is ready when inserted toothpick comes out clean and topping is golden brown.
