Description: Great way to use leftover Thanksgiving Turkey and Gravy. Recipe from South Africa, very similar to Hay Stacks

Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings (10-1/2 cups)

Directions:

Saute onion and curry powder in butter. (Use more or less curry to taste and hotness desired.)

Add leftover turkey and gravy. Add pineapple (with juice). simmer 15-20 minutes.

Serve over 3/4 cup rice or brown rice of choice.

Top with choice of one or more of following: ChoppedSalted Peanuts, Coconut, Banana, Raisins, Craisens. (Not included in nutritional info)
