Description: Pan fried talapia fish in a crust of bread crumbs
Ingredients:  Makes 4 servings (8 pieces)

Directions:  
Wash four pieces of fish thoroughly in cold water.
Towel dry the fish
Mix bread crumbs, parmesan, herbs and lemon or lime zest in a soup bowl
Beat the egg with the milk (You can use water if you prefer)

Dip the fish in the egg mixture and then the crumb mixture
Spray a large fry pan with Pam.
Cook on medium heat, turning the fish over as needed.
Cook until the fish is flaky.
