Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a skillet, saute mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter for 5 minutes. In a saucepan, melt 6 tablespoons butter. Add in flour gradually. Add broth, cream, salt, and pepper. Layer mushrooms, sauce, and crabmeat in a casserole dish. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes.
