1/4  teaspoon
1/2  cup
1  cup
1  cup
1/3  cup
1/4  cup
1/4  cup
1-1/4  cups
1-1/4  teaspoons
1  teaspoon

In bigger bowl, combine bran, cereal & salt. Pour boiling water over & stir to combine. Stir in milk, & cranberries, set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together sugar substitute, egg & oil. Stir into bran mixture.
Combine all dry ingredients & stir into bran mixture.
Bake at 350 to 375 for 20 mins or till done. Makes 5 jumbo muffins
