Ingredients:  Makes 12 servings (3 cups)

Directions:  
1 combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan, bring to a boil while stirring occassionally adjust stevia to taste.
2 Reduce heat and simmer until berries pop and form sauce while continuing to stir occassionally.
3 Cool to room temp in a bowl or strain through a fine mesh strainer, pressing all of the juice out of the berries and into the bowl.
4 The high amount of pectin contained in the fruit will gell this nicely, but it's important to get all the juice out of the berries in order for it to set up. This would taste great with orange flavored liquid stevia.
