Directions:  
Put leeks, broth, bay leaf, rosemary, garlic in pot and bring to boil. Turn heat down to simmer and cook 10 minutes. Remove bay leaf and puree the rest in a blender. In the same pot make a roux of the butter and flour. Stir til blended and then add milk. Stir til thick then add the puree. Add the nutmeg and lemon.
