Directions:

Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over medium heat until sizzling.

Whisk in four and salt until creamy and smooth. Stir in half and half and increase heat. Whisk until sauce has thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.

Place 2 tablespoons of butter in a separate saucepan over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of onions and cook until transparent.

Add spinach and water to the saucepan, lower heat and cover. Stir several times until spinach has cooked.

Once spinach is almost done cooking, add in white sauce and sour cream. Stir well and let simmer until completely blended.

Serve and enjoy.
