Directions:

In large pot, add water, potatoes & cook until done.

While potatoes are cooking, sautee scallion & garlic in olive oil, about 2 mins.

Add flour, cream.

Then slowly add 1 c. of potato water (after potatoes are done) constantly stirring to cream.

Then add milk, same as in step

Add salt, potatoes & turkey ham, cook for 30 mins.

Add cheese, cook for 15 mins.
Add pepper to taste.
