Directions:  
Put flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs on 3 separate plates. Mix salt and pepper into flour. Mix the paprika into the breadcrumbs. Dip each piece of fish into the flour, egg, and then breadcrumbs. Heat oil in skillet, and fry the fish on medium heat, until opaque. Meanwhile, toast bun halves. Top each bottom half with lettuce, fish burger and then some lemon, garlic mayo and top of bun.
