Cook Beef, Onion and Garlic in skillet until beef is browned, drain any fat.
Stir in Spaghetti sauce, Water, Tomato Paste and spices; Mix well.
Spread 1/4 of the meat in crock pot, top with 1/3 of the noodles, mix the cheeses together and spread 1/3 over noodles.
Repeat layers 2 more times and top with the remaining meat sauce.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours
