Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly coat a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.

Spray garbanzo beans with cooking spray and pan fry over medium heat in a saute pan for 10 minutes.

Spread chickpeas on baking sheet and season to taste. Roast chickpeas on bottom rack of oven, shaking the pan every 15 minutes, until brown and crunchy, about 45 - 50 minutes. They should feel hollow and crisp.
Cool before serving.
