Preheat oven to 400*. Spray 8-inch glass pie plate with pam, set aside.

In a medium bowl combine crabmeat, cheese and scallions;using back of a spoon, press crabmeat mixture over bottom and up side of sprayed pie plate.

Using a wire whisk in medium mixing bowl beat together eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper; pour over crabmeat mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and bake until set, about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let stad for 5 minutes before serving. Makes 4 servings I cook 35 to 40 minutes
