Directions:  
Combine chicken, onion, 1 cup peeled diced cucumber, and peppers. In another bowl, mix mayo, sour cream, salt, pepper, celery seed, poultry seasoning, and sugar. Pour over chicken mix. Toss to mix, cover, and chill before serving. Slice 4 cucumbers into 24 slices. Hollow out slices. Spoon mixture into cucumber slices.
