1  tablespoon
1  tablespoon
3  cups
1  tablespoon
1/8  teaspoon

Add butter and olive oil to medium saucepan
Add onion and carrots and saute 5 min
Add 2 cups chicken stock, curry powder and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce to simmer 15 min.
Blend with immersion blender until smooth, add rest of chicken stock until a smooth consistency.
Serve with sour cream
