Curried Chicken Veggie Soup

1  cup		low sodium chicken broth
1  teaspoon		sesame oil
2  teaspoons		curry powder, 2 tbs
1  teaspoon		ginger
1/2  teaspoon		black pepper
3		celeries
1/2  cup		carrots
1/4  cup		onion
4  ounces		spinach
1  package		seaweed snack

Just stick it all together in a crock pot and cook slowly 2 hours or until carrots and veggies are soft. Optional add ins: low sodium soy sauce or liquid aminos, canned chicken or turkey, or a slightly beaten egg when the soup is boiling. Also optional, noodles or brown rice, or diced potato. To make it thicker, use either corn starch mixed with cold water or tapioca starch mixed with cold water.
