Saute onion in oil and curry powder until tender in a large skillet
Add rice and brown lentils, saute lightly
Add 3 cups water and bring to a boil. Let boil 10 mins.
Add red lentils.
Cook until rice and lentils are soft.

Serve with a dollops of sour cream is desired.
