Directions:  
Over medium heat, melt butter in skillet. Add rice and onion. Stir constantly until rice is light brow. Add Consomme, salt, cranberries & curry and stir. Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes. Check and stir. Cover for another 5-10 minutes.
