DG Green Drink

1  cup		spinich leaves or kale
1/2  cup		applesauce
1/2  cup		strawberries or other fruit
1		stalk of celery
1/3		cucumber
2  pieces		spoon of fibre supplement
1/2  cup		parseley
1  teaspoon		Lemon Juice - Fresh
1/2  cup		Water

put all in blender and blend, you can do it the night before and keep it in the fridge covered with plastic wrap (as long as you include lemon juice)
another great option is to include ginsing or other supplement
Include just enough water to get it to blend smooth.
Instead of a ton of water you can include an activia yogurt cup to make it taste more like a smoothie and gives it a nice texture.
Kiwi instead of strawberry tastes great!
