Directions:

Cut up vegetables and mix together. Keep tomatoes and oregano on the side to add individually when you make each one.

Place mixture in a 1-quart freezer bag, roll to press out the air, and zip to seal.

Keep bag in refrigerator and take out enough for a salad each day. Add tomatoes and sprinkle with oregano, and add your favorite dressing.

When preparing individual salad for the day, you can also add 1/2-1 clove garlic, minced, a spray of canola oil, and some balsamic vinegar for a low-calorie dressing. It's not bad : )
