1/2  cup
 
1  scoop
 
2  tablespoons
 
 
1/4  cup
 
1/4  cup
 
1/2  cup
 
1/4  cup
 
1  tablespoon
 
1  teaspoon

Directions:

mix oatmeal with milk in a small bowl

add flax and water to it
3
mix turkey and remaining ingredients in another larger bowl
4
add the two bowls together and mix till well blended
5
press into non stick loaf pan and cover with tinfoil
Bake covered for 30-40 minutes then remove foil and add a layer of ketchup to the top and bake uncovered for another 10-15 min
