Directions:  
Mince garlic and ginger. Combine the garlic and ginger with soy sauce and water and set aside. Heat oil in a heavy skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add tofu and vegetables and stir-fry 3-4 minutes. Add reserved soy sauce mixture and stir-fry 5 or so minutes or until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with Gomasio (or sesame seeds) and serve.
