1  teaspoon
1  pinch

Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees.
Beat egg whites into soft peaks.
Add cream of tartar and beat into stiff peaks.
Whisk together egg yokes, ricotta, Splenda and salt.
Fold one third of the egg white mixture and fold it into the egg yolk mixture.
Fold egg yolk mixture into the egg white mixture carefully until blended.
On a parchment lined baking sheet form six piles of the mixture.
Bake at 300 for one hour.
