Description: Keish-like pie without the crust, cooked and broiled in a large oven proof fry pan.
Ingredients:  Makes 8 servings (8 slices)

Set oven to broil.

In a large, oven proof fry pan, cook sausage over medium high heat. When mostly done, add mushroom, onion, garlic, and thyme. Complete the cooking.

In a large bowl, scramble the eggs, milk, salt abd pepper.

Pour the egg mix over the sausage.

Sprinkle cheese on top.

When the egg is nearly set, about 10 minutes, place under the broiler.

Broil 5-10 minutes, until egg is completely set and cheese is lightly browned.

Remove from oven, let sit 5 minutes.

Cut into 8 pieces and serve.

Excellent served with seasoned potatoes.
For breakfast, add fruit on the side.
