mix beef and beans set aside

mix tomato sauce and rotel in skillet and warm

dip a flour tortilla in sauce to coat both sides lay in casserole dish add heaping table spoon of meat mixture into tortilla add tablespoon cheese and roll tortilla.

continue this process with remaining ingredients.

sprinkle remaining cheese on top

bake at 400 degrees for 30 mins.
serve hot
