Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings (1500 mL)

Boil the water

After the water has boiled, use a little bit of water to rinse the tea pot and heat it. Discard that water.

Pour the water into the tea pot

Insert the two tea bags

Remove the tea bags after the tea has obtained the strength you like. Don't stir the tea to speed up this process! If you get white foam on your tea, or if the tea tastes strange, get yourself a water purifier, tea is a delicate matter ;-)

Pour the cup(s)

Add a splash of milk if you're up to an English cuppa (requires strong tea)
