Preheat oven 400 degrees

Line jelly roll pan with oiled parchment paper
3)Lay out dough, sprinkle with cheese leave 1" border
4)Combine pears, juice, nutmeg in lg bowl

Add flour & brown sugar toss gently

Pile fruit on cheese leave 2"border from edge of dough

fold dough up around edges of gallette (dough will only cover pears partially)
8)bake 30 minutes or until dough is browned
