Chop sundried tomatoes and garlic into fine pieces.

Add ground beef to a mixing bowl. Add egg, cumin, chopped garlic, salt, sundried tomatoes, feta cheese, chili powder, and oatmeal to the bowl. Mix with hands until ingredients are embedded in the meat.
