Fiesta Chicken Chowder

3  tablespoons		All purpose flour
1-1/2  ounces		fajita seasoning
1  lb.		boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
3  tablespoons		vegetable oil
1/2  cup		onion
2		garlic cloves
3  cups		water
15  ounces		gold'n white corn, drained
14  ounces		mexican stewed tomatoes, undrained
15  ounces		black beans, rinsed and drained
1  cup		uncooked instant brown rice
4  ounces		chopped green chilies
11  ounces		condensed nacho cheese soup
3  teaspoons		minced fresh cilantro
1  tablespoon		lime juice

In a resealable plastic bag, combine flour, 2 T fajita seasoning. Add chicken. Seal bag and shake to coat. In large sauce pan, saute chicken in oil. Remove and set aside.

In same pan, saute onion and garlic. Stir in water, beans, tomatoes, corn, rice, chilies and remaining fajita seasoning. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes until rice is tender. Stir in nacho cheese soup, cilantro, lime juice and chicken. Heat through.
