Mix together flour,salt, pepper, rosemary and crumbled beef cubes and rub over garlic rubbed beef. Sear in hot pan on each side with bacon fat til brown on each side. Heat oven to 350F or 180C and cook a furthur 20 - 25 mins. Rest for 10mins after taking out of the oven
