Description: Panko encrused cod (baked) wrapped in warm flour tortilla topped with cabbage-red onion slaw and sour cream tequila aoili.
Ingredients:  Makes 4 servings

Cut cod into 2 oz peices. Dip in milk, then roll in panko crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 20 min

Schred cabbage, slice red onion and chop cilantro - mix together and set aside. (reserve 2 tbsp chopped cilantro for sauce)

Mix together sour cream, reserved cilantro, tequila and fresh squeezed lime juice. Salt and pepper to taste.

Place one peice of cod into 1 warm tortilla, top with cabbage mixture and sour cream sauce. Enjoy
