Saute onion and bell pepper until done.
Combine egg beaters, milk, salt and pepper in a small bowl
Spray a 10 inch skillet with olive oil spray and add egg mixture
Cook until eggs are set.
Add onion, bell pepper, ham and cheese to one half of the egg mixture. Then fold the other half on top.
Cook until cheese is melted.
