Combine egg, milk, vanilla, splenda and cinnamon.

Blend until cinnamon is incorporated, Use regular or imersion blender.

Soak bread slices in the egg mixture. Place on waffle iron, press down gently until iron will latch. Cook until done light comes on, serve with butter and fresh fruit (peaches, berries, whatever) and a little sugar free maple syrup. Top with whip cream (redi whip) if desired.
