1)Heat oil in a pan to 350 degrees F
2)Blend milk, whisked eggs, soy sauce, chicken bouillon and a little of flour
3)add the garlic in

5)first dip the chicken in plain flower, and then the flour/egg/etc. mix, and then the flour mix with the seasoning
6)repeat until you are done prepare the chicken and then fry.
