Combine Eggbeaters and milk. Combine flour and seasoning.

Dip onion rings in egg wash and then dredge in flour.

Allow floured onion rings to sit in refrigerator at least 1 hour. This helps the coating stay on the rings better during frying.

Heat oil in skillet and fry rings until golden brown. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
NOTE: You actually have to use about 2 cups of oil for frying, However, only about 1/3 cup of oil is retained in the onion rings after removing from pan and draining.
