Directions:  
Heat Bacon Fat in large heavy skillet
Peel and chop the Sweet Potato into bite size pieces and add to bacon fat to brown
When potatoes are almost done add chopped sausage patties to heat throughout
Place in bowl and sprinkle with Brown Sugar and Cinnamon and enjoy.
