1/2  teaspoon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray.
In a food processor, combine cookies and raisins. Process; add oil and pulse again until well blended. Press crust mixture into bottom of the pan.
Bake crust for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
Combine pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Add ice cream; blend well. Spoon ice cream filling into pie crust. Freeze. (Allow pie to soften a bit before serving.)
