whisk together ground flax with 3 T. water and set aside

blend oats in blender into flour

whisk together oat flour, coconut sugar, 1/3 C. cocoa, salt, baking powder and chocolate chips

whisk together flaxseed mixture, coconut oil, almond milk and vanilla

mix two mixtures

pour into greased 8" square baking pan

combine xylitol and 2 T. cocoa, and sprinkle on top

pour coffee on top

bake at 375 for 28 to 34 minutes, until top is somewhat solidified and edges are bubbly

let it cool 5-10 minutes before serving
