Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings (3 cups)

1/4  cup
1/4  cup
1  tablespoon
1/4  teaspoon
1/4  teaspoon
1/4  teaspoon
1  pinch
1/4  teaspoon

Rinse well the garbonzo beans. Remove skins if desired. Chop finely or put in food processor at low. (do not puree, some chunks are desired) Can also use fresh garbonzo beans. Follow directions on bag if fresh are used.

Chop finely celery, pickle and pepper. Add to Beans that have been processed or chopped

Mix Mayo, Mustard, Spices together until well blended. If you cannot find the sweet smoked paprika, regular is fine.

Mix into Bean mixure. Chill for one hour. Makes 3 cups.

A good substitute for chicken salad. Serve on crackers or a soft taco shell with lettuce.
