Directions:  
Soak brown rice and millet overnight. Drain and rinse just before using.

Grind up Chia seeds in Vitamix,add brown rice and millet, pour in about 3/4 cups of milk (or whole milk Kefir) and turn on high until the mixture is smooth. Add tapioca flour, and salt (reserving the baking soda for now). Mix until thoroughly incorporated.

Transfer mixture to stand mixer. Start the beaters, add the baking powder, butter, eggs and remaining milk. Mix until smooth.

Scrape down the sides with a spatula making sure to scrape along the bottom of the mixing bowl to incorporate any batter that didn't get properly mixed in.

Pour into a hot Belgium Waffle maker. Serve with some nice yellow butter and pure maple syrup.
