Directions:  
preheat oven to 275
mix oats, wheat germ, brown sugar, protein powder (optional) and salt in bowl - set aside
in pot bring to a simmer syrup, oil (use evoo), water, and cinnamon
pour over dry ingredients and mix
form small clusters on a greased/ sprayed cookie sheet
bake for 30-40 minutes until crunchy
