In a plastic bag, marinate steak in vinegar, Greek seasoning, and pepper. Remove and sprinkle with salt. Heat a large skillet to medium-high heat. Add butter and oil. Add steak and cook for 5 minutes on each side. Let stand 2 minutes. Cut into thin slices.
Return pan to heat. Add juice, garlic, and spinach. Saute for 1 minute. Remove from heat and dash with salt.
Place a spoonful of spinach mix, cucumber slices, and some onions into each pita half. Sprinkle with feta cheese and serve
