Brown turkey & onion in skillet, add salt, pepper, garlic powder. Drain any fat
In sauce pan add evap milk, cream chicken soup and cubed Velveeta cheese. Over low-med heat warm until cheese is melted. Add pimentoes & green chilis, take from heat
Place 1/8 of meat mixture in tortilla with 1/8 of shredded cheese and roll into enchilada shape. Place in 9x13 baking dish. Continue process w/ remaining tortillas
Pour sauce from saucepan over enchiladas, bake in 350 deg oven for approx. 30" or until bubbly.
