Spread butter on one side of each piece of bread. Spread mustard on the other side.
Place buttered side down in a non-stick skillet.
Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on mustard side of bread. Cover with remaining slice of bread.
Grill over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until lightly toasted. Serve hot.

Used to love this...esp from a good Greek diner.

This is a good recipee within caloric range for what I regard as one meal. I eat 3x475 cal a day. However, myself, I buy a can of lean ham, slice it and freeze it as it is much cheaper, and use 4 ounces, Rye bread, and 2 percent light chedder cheese, and pam spray on each slice to grill it. For a more hearty fair, I often will slice 4 slices of tomatoe, add some onion slices, and grill it in a pan. It is very filling and keeps me in caloric range.
