Directions:  
Season salmon fillets with lemon, pepper, and garlic salt and place in a ziploc bag. On a separate bowl, soy sauce, water, brown sugar and olive oil. Add the marinade to the ziploc bag and coat the salmon thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Preheat grill to medium heat. Lightly oil grill plate and discard marinade. Place salmon on pre-heated grill and cook for 6 to 8 minutes on each side until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
