Description: Turkey Ragu over whole wheat pasta.

Directions:

Chop onion, garlic, and carrots.

Heat EVOO in large frying pan. Add turkey, let brown.

Stir up turkey. Add in onion garlic, carrots, & rosemary. Stir together, cook a minute.

Pour in wine, stir up all from bottom of pan. Bring to boil.

Stir in tomatoe sauce, and tomatoes. Break up tomatoes.

Stir in milk. Warm up and set aside.

Bring pot of water to boil. Cook pasta. Drain pasta. and put in bowl.

Stir a couple cups of sauce into the pasta. Pour rest on top.
