Directions:
1.) Boil water, prepare 2 boxes of macaroni (extra creamy & 1 original
Once this is done, set it aside (DONT PREPARE SAUCE MIX JUST YET)
2.) Fry your ground beef, as it starts to brown, drain fat - do the following
3.) Add your onions, shallot, green onion, minced garlic, add your beef soup base now & add your salt & pepper (to taste)
4.) after approx. 5 minutes add your bell peppers, snow peas & fresh spinach, here is where I add the oregano and salt & pepper, cook for a few more minutes, now this is when I add the Diana Sauce
5.) Once mixture is cooked, combine your now steamed or boiled corn
and set aside.
6.) Grab your Kraft dinner, rinse to loosen the noodles, as the noodles are straining (run some hot water over to wash off access starch from the cooking process). As your noodles are sitting in the strainer, take your butter and melt it in a pot, as it melts, (low heat) add your milk and then your Kraft dinner sauce mix, combine and mix the sauce into a paste.
7.) Now add your KD noodles, stir to coat mixture over noodles evenly
8.) mix your meat & veggie mixture in with your KD noodles
9.) Stir all together & enjoy.
